Yoga should be a part of our daily life. Do you agree or disagree?


  1. As your host, I believe that Yoga should be a part of our daily lives, but only if we have the time and can actually do Yoga.

    Some people are pressed for time, and don’t know the first thing about yoga, myself included. Plus I can’t do yoga because I suffer from severe chronic back and leg pain.

  2. yoga is incredible for the body it provides a stretch and load for the various joints in a safe manner. this in turn helps with joint strength which can stop progression of osteoarthritis or he[p prevent it from occurring in the first place.
